Still waiting for refund

I made a purchase at [URL Removed] On receiving my purchase I discovered that [URL Removed] advertised it incorrectly and it was collected to be returned. I made a payment with Discovery Miles, and the balance was paid with a credit card. The Discovery Miles have been refunded, but I am still waiting for my credit card to be refunded. I've sent 2 mails which have been ignored. My ref no is CAS-687574-VPFJQN CRM:00022422
