I booked in my WATCH at the foschini store about 2 months ago for a claim. I bought the watch about a year or 2 ago and i took insurance with the watch. ofcoz i lost the slip and because i lost the slip and i also don't know when i took it no one seems to assist instead i had to go in and out of that store for couple of times to follow up and when I'm there and Lee-Ann the consultant who assisted me is not there no one could assist instead i had to wait for her to come back from where ever she was and even so i still did not get the help that i needed, my watch was just at their store until i decided today to go and collect it. at the moment i am not happy with the results i got. If you have an account i thought it was gonna be easy for them to go back an check unlike when buying it cash. 2 months without my watch and no feedback from them is unacceptable.
