NO RECORDS OF CLAIM. LONG WAITNG ON CALLCENTRE

I BOUGHT A WATCH ON 20 JULY 2013 AT MENLYN PRETORIA. ON THE 12 AUGUST 2013 I TOOK IT TO JEAN ANDRE IN WITBANK SO THAT THEY COULD SEND IT TO FOSSIL AND HAVE FIXED BECAUSE SUDDENLY THE ARMS AND CROWN BECAME LOOSE, AND BECAUSE IT WAS NEW, IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. IT STAYED THERE FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, AND EVENTUALLY I GOT A CALL FROM JEAN ANDRE VIA MY WIFE, INFORMING ME THAT MY DAMAGED WATCH IS BACK AND CANNOT BE FIXED. I THEN CLAIMED IT FOR REPLACEMENT UNDER MY UNSPECIFIED ITEMS FROM INSURANCE, I COULD EITHER DO THAT OR WAIT ENDLESSLY FOR A COMPLAINT I MADE TO FOSSIL. LAST FRIDAY 04 OCTOBER 2013 I MADE A CLAIM, WHICH WAS SETTLED, AND WAS MEANT TO BE PAID. I WAS FURTHER TOLD TO WAIT FOR THE COURIER TO COME PICK UP THE IRREPARABLE WATCH FROM ME AS IT WAS AN INSURANCE PROPERTY. TODAY I AM SURPRISED THAT THERE ARE NO RECORDS OF MY CLAIM, AND I AM REFEREED TO A CLAIM I MADE FOR MY LOST WATCH!!! YES I HAD THREE FOSSIL WATCHES AND NOW I HAVE ONE! ONE LOST, ONE BROKEN, DOES THIS THEN MEAN I CANNOT CLAIM ANOTHER WATCH IF I HAD MADE A CLAIM SAME YEAR? OR DOES IT MEAN I CANNOT OWN MORE THAN ONE FOSSIL WATCH THAT COST R2000? EDITH WAS LOOKING FOR SERIAL NUMBERS EVEN. PLEASE PAY MY WATCH, AS IS NOW
