DEAR SIR/MADAM
I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF FURNITURE, SINCE LAST YEAR DEC 2012 I PURCHASED FROM BEARES BRAKPAN. NEVERMIND THE BAD SERVICE I GOT FROM THEM I MANAGED TO SWING MY ACCOUNT OVER TO BEARES BOKSBURG. THE SERVICE IN BOKSBURG IS FINE IT IS JUST SINCE I HAVE HAD FURNITURE DELIVERED I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MATERIAL SAGGING, WOOD OF LOUNGE SUITE IS LOOSE. I AM WAITING FOR BEARES TO UPLIFT THIS FURNITURE AND PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY THAT I HAVE SPENT ON THE LOUNGE SUITE FROM LAST YEAR UNTIL CURRENT. PLEASE CANCELL THE FURNITURE DEAL AND REFUND MY MONEY AS I AM NOT GOING TO BATTLE ANOTHER YEAR. SORTH THIS MATTER OUT A.S.A.P.
