3 weeks ago I purchased some items from Candy Fox, they subsequently sent the wrong Items, I immediately sent an email to a lady I had been dealing with named Carmen, informed her of the mistake, to which she apologised and said she would resend the correct order, I waited 3 days after not receiving anything and subsequently sent another email asking when I will receive the goods, to which i was told "early next week" (week of the 23rd Sept). It is now a week later and I still have nothing have phoned now 3 days in a row and have been promised by Tyrrell that I would receive the goods, nothing received, nor does he return calls to inform you of whats happening, these people take your money and don't send you the goods, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
