Last year September I bought a Lounge Suite from Beares, after a week the couch's springs started to push through the material and the material began to tore. After months of struggling to get the suite replaced the manager eventually gave us an option to pick a new suite in the shop. this only happened in June this year. There was nothing in the store that caught my eye and after paying another R3 000.00, I got the Recliner set... guess what, 2 months down the line and that suite is broken too. I laid a complain at the store in the beginning of November and up to date had nobody contacting me with a solution to the problem. The manager is never around and I must always leave messages to no avail. this ticks a person off especially if you paid your account together with all the interest and nobody is willing to assist you.
