After buying a bedroom suite from Bradlows on 01 Oct 2013, they delivered damaged goods to us.
After bringing it to their attention, they promised to replace the goods before 11/10/13. This never happened.
When we asked why the goods were not delivered, they said they were very busy but promised to deliver on
15/10/13. When we once again contacted them, they said that they were still very busy, but that they would try
to deliver. Once again they did not show up.
I am wondering if it is worthwhile to buy from a company that is to busy to resolve issues like this or would it be better to ask for a refund and go buy somewhere else?
To me this is totally unacceptable service.
Would I buy anything from Bradlows again?
