I Abdul Smith bought a lounge suite from Ellerines a few months ago and have been making payment every month. The lounge suite (s) that was delivered was damaged goods. I've returned it on several occasions. I then cancelled my account due to the damaged goods and was promised that I would have received a refund two weeks ago but due to process it hasn't been done by African Bank. I liaised with both Anthony and Ntsiki and was advised that this would have been resolved by Wednesday 16/10/2013, today is Friday and I'm advised that the store needs to accumulate the cash money first before I could get my refund. I've been more then patient with this store and require my refund urgently.
