Please explain to me what is the use of the trolley with baby seat, if you are not allowed to transport your groceries and baby to your car. You are allowed to used it inside the store only!! How do you expect a parent on her/his own to carry 3 bags and baby once they are finished shopping? It is impossible to carry a baby and trying to push a normal trolley to your car. Is this the standard of service in all stores or only at the Ladysmith - KZN branch?
