I must say I was quite aggrieved and disappointed with the treatment I received from one of the sales lady/cashier at sheet street Kokstad. I went to the shop to look for curtains, as I was walking around the store my purse (which was over my shoulder) brushed up against a glass ornament which was on a low shelf behind me and the glass ornament fell. While I was still standing there perplexed the sales lady/cashier shouted at me from the till and told me to collect the ornament and come and pay for it. I really feel that this was totally unfair treatment because the store people when displaying glass objects should not put them in positions where customers can easily accidentally bump into them. I mean seriously it's not like I was playing around in the shop or something then bumped into the ornament but I was simply walking around shopping. Needless to say after I had paid for the ornament and because of the treatment I received I took a decision never to enter Sheet Street - Kokstad ever again!
