I have a new account with Homechoice apparently they gave me the wrong advert and now when I had to make payments I was told to pay almost double the amount. I then told them if I cannot continue with that amount agreed then they will have to cancel the account and take their stuff back. I received more that 4 calls regarding the account and I have been telling them what I said with other debt collectors. The lady by the name Asanda Gabuza was very rude to me for no reason and I have asked her waht was the purpose of being rude instead of doing the right thing. Very dissappointed with this Home Choice employee, I have never ever dealt with such a person in my life.
