I have been getting smses everyday about my home choice account being in arrears, I also get phone calls regarding the account, i get smses in the early hours of the morning, and i have received numerous smses about my account being overdue by different amounts, and in some instances about payments being received, then to only be harrassed again about the account being in arrears, At this point i do not know exactly how much I am owe, but the amount that is outstanding i believe relates to the fees that are being charged by VVM for their collections, and not any amount owed to Homechoice, I believe this is very unproffesional in not in line with the debt collection act, and amounts to harrasment, as I have also been threatened with being blacklisted.
