I purchased a few hair access & virgin airtime. While I was leaving the mall I noticed that i didnt have the slip with me & returned to pep. I asked the cashier to provide me with a reprint. She started accusing me of throwing it away so i began to be rude with her as she was also very rude about it. The manager came & tried for long to get a reprint. All i wanted was the voucher pin that I had paid for. The saturday after that I went to the store again to purchase shoes. The manager then accosted me and said I had dropped it by the door but would i not have seen it when I returned to the store initially. She found it while cleaning she says.the incident was forgotten about which is why i went back to shop again. I left the shoes as i was too annoyed to shop there further.what was her reason to bring it up again, maybe to prove a point although i still think that the slip was kept behind and put by the door as i would of seen it. The staff and management need training on customer service. All I wanted was a reprint and had to go through so much trouble just to get and the still be accused later on.
