My mom bought a Gobii and received it on Monday the 15th of January. After charging it as instructed, it wouldn't turn on. The computer picked up the memory so that books can be transferred to the memory, but it still did not switched on. She phoned Kalahari and they sent someone to pick it up on the 17th. That was it. She still has not received a new one. They are not supposed to send it to be repaired. She bought a NEW gobii, they should have exchanged it immediately.
