On 17/09/2013 i went to Checkers in Davenport Square with my 2 year old daughter bought a packet of chips for her, paid for it and left the store, next thing a packer and a security called me and asked if i paid for chips, i gave them a receipt and they said oh okay they did not apologies and that is what alarming me, i asked for the manager and a packer told me there is no manager off which i found that very strange for such a big store to have no manager on the floor, the packer was lying obviously, i found a manager spoken to him, he apologised on their behalf and assured me that the staff involved will be dealt with accordingly, i feel he was just saying that to get rid of me, i DEMAND a proper apology.
