On the 9th of September 2013 I ordered some books from [URL Removed] I indicate that I will collect the books at their warehouse in Epping as I did not want it delivered.
On the 16th of Sept I receive an email stating that my order is ready for collection. I contact the customer service centre to confrm this. I speak to Sarah Thieman who confirms that all is ready and I can collect. I drive all the way to Epping to be informed that my order is not ready and that they can do nothing and that I must take it up with Customer Care. I go home and call Customer Care again and speak to Fadwa who informs me that she will investigate and get back to me within half an hour. I receive no call on the 16th and call her on the 17th. Fadwa informs me that all is in order, apologizes for the poor service and informs me that my books are at Dispatch and that I can collect them today. I once again drive to Kalahari dispatch. This time I am informed by Wessel that my one book is there, the other not, and even though the one book is there I cannot get it as it may only be dispatched tomorrow, the 18th.
Sorry Kalahari, you have wasted my time and my money, TWICE. Shocking, shocking service.
