I purchased a pair of gold aviator sunglasses for my birthday in 2011, in mid 2012 the arm broke off of these aviators, by this time matrix in canal walk had closed. I have tried contacting a couple other matrix stores around the country and it seems that matrix has closed down, I've gone into an optometrist who says that more than likely there won't be parts for these sunglasses as they're old, and I've gone to a sunglasses hut who say there's nothing they can do as it wasn't purchased from them. I'm not prepared to throw away that much money. I bought them because I thought it was a reputable brand but now I feel like I should have rather purchased a pair of ray bans that I could get parts of easily. While its not Guess' fault Matrix closed, you are responsible that after sales is available to customers who purchase your accessories. So my question is after spending R1300 on YOUR brand, what exactly am I supposed to do??
