Card locked for no reason

I went into Edgars Raslouw to find out why my wife's card was blocked. Evelyn was unable to help and phoned H/O. After going through to the third person I find out that I now need to Fica my account which is 30 years old. I tell them that I have all the documentation and go ahead and do it. To which I get told that I must fill in a application form and send it to them. Sorry!! I have been a customer for a long long time and I refuse to do this. If this is what your connection with ABSA is doing then you have my sympathies.
I WILL now be closing my account
