No bed - No Money

After my last complaint on Hellopeter, I am called and given a another long story. They agree to collect the bed and refund me. I did not want them to collect before refunding as I knew their promise of refunding the same day would not be true.

They collected my bed on Thursday last week and assured me my payment was done. They called me to say they will forward me proof ASAP.

I am still waiting!!!

They said they did a EFT on Thursday from their FNB to my Nedbank?

All, no they have my stock and my money. I don't think that's very legal???
