Do not switch your salary to fn

I reactivated my old fnb acc 4 my salary & debit orders telephonically, on the 8th of march gave the bank details to my HR same day, i went to fnb to collect my bank card on the 25th (pay day) only to find the was no money in the acc. According to my HR ac c number was invalid & it was to take 48 hrs for the money to b returned to them by fnb, its now 8 days later I'm still waiting, fnb says money was redirectedto another acc which is absolute nonsense, today the story is they can't see the payment at all. My payroll had to send proof of payment & that was thursday last week, I'm still waiting. Switching to this bank is the worst decision I've ever made. Its the 2nd I still haven't paid my rent or debit orders.
