I notified Zando... within 2 working days, that I would like to return one of the 2 pairs of shoes which I bought. This being 19.03.2013, a week later I had to follow up as to when the parcel would be collected. Courier arrived on 27.03.2013??? On the 10.04.2013 I emailed again to enquire about my refund... no response. I emailed again on 11.04.2013 and received a call from Customer Care to say they are not refunding me!!! The warehouse has photos of the shoes not being in a "Sellable" condition. I told this woman that the shoes were sent back in exactly the same immaculate condition as what I received them in. However I am not able to view the so-called photographic evidence of the condition of the shoes... makes you wonder doesn't it? So it's their word against mine. They will give me a credit, which I said I will spend and NEVER order from them again!!!
