I booked a vehicle with first car rental on Thursday morning to be collected Friday Morning.
I was suppose to collect it at Durban Downtown, but Thursday evening i received a call from one of their rude female consultants saying I should collect it at the Airport and return it there as their office will be closed, It was going to be a problem for me as my schedule didn't allow that 35km time frame and I was going to be charged for those KM. I then asked them to transfer my money back as i need to book for another car asap, she said it will be done on Saturday the 30th, it's the 2nd and i still haven't been refunded.
