Homechoice big disappointment

This is my second report about homechoice and still the same issue. The first order I made got lost and I had to go to the police to get an affidavit which was not easy. After several sales calls from them I decided to get a gift for my sister in durban and I was very specific to the lady who took my order as to where they had to deliver the stuff. To my surprise I got a call last week from a joburg no. to say the order woukd be delivered at my place last week friday. I didnt want to fight with them knowing how careless they are I would rather have received it and sent it to Durban myself. I waited for them last Friday and nothing came up until now. I keep trying that jhb no and noone is picking up. When I contact the call centre they always say their systen is down. Homechoice has shown me that my place is not within their reach and please do not send me an sms to say we hope you are enjoying your order because I do not have it and I do not want to go through the same process I went through last time. Keep your goods and I will take my business somewhere else.
