On tuesday the 10th i visited your branch in
Festival mall to browse. I saw a game that
ive been looking for SWAT 3. I bought the
game and before paying the cashier (light
skinned pregnant lady) mumbled and
asked the other lady what was wrong with
the game and thats when i asked her WHAT
MUST I DO IF THE GAME IS NOT PLAYING?
She said i can bring it back and NEVER DID
SHE TELL ME THAT I WILL NOT GET MY
MONEY BACK IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH
THE PRODUCT NOR DID SHE TELL ME
THAT I MUST BRING IT BACK WITHIN 24
hours.
On tuesday i forgot the game at work
because i knocked off late and only tested
the game on Wed after work and it game
me an error saying 'error loading direct x' or
something like that and i tried it on my
friends pc and i got the same error. Today
when i returned the game to the branch i
looked if i can take something else and
there are no nice games. I requested that
they give me my money back and suddenly
the lady tells me that 24hrs have passed
and i will not get my money back. Rudolph
the branch manager told me that i will not
get my money back and was amazed when
Rosemary also joined Team cash to
gang up on me.
