Poor service delivery

About 3 hours ago, I went to Mr Price Centurion mall branch, having received a SMS stating that my account application (one which I had applied for on the 12th of September 2013 at the very same branch) has been approved. When I got there I asked a Mr Price worker assisting people at the door to guide me on where I should go. He told me to go to the 1st counter and they will help me, and further said that I should not queue. As I got to the till, I patiently waited as they were busy helping someone. After they (a Mr Price worker at a till and a lady by the name of Rose who seemed to be a supervisor) were done I explained to them what I was there for and was told to come straight there. A lady who was supposed to aid me, Rose, refused, shouting, and humiliating me in front of other customers, saying that all the tills are filled and I will wait just like anyone else in a queue of approximately 40 people. With no remorse, my condition (heavily pregnant - 8months) was of no worry. And continued to ask for the next customer to come be assisted as I'm wasting their time. Failed to deliver sound and true information, inability to offer services to special cases, & absolute humiliation!
