On 26th August I accidently paid my account twice. I called your customer service and got an email address to send the query to and they would reverse my account. Later I call again to confirm that the person received the email only to be told that the person no longer works there. Customer service then gives me two more email addresses to send my query to. Two weeks later I receive no feedback so I call customer services again and they tell me that they never reversed the payment yet. So nothing has been done since the 26th and I'm at my wits end about it because now my vehicle installment can't be paid. This really puts me in an inconvenient situation.
