Customer Service at African Bank!

On the 26th of Mar I called pre-legal department for settlement amounts of which I received and made the payments same day.
On the same day I requested paid up letter; of which they told me I can't get it immediately I have to wait for the amounts to be applied on the accounts.
I called the 2nd April of which Nomvvula" said I should get it within 3 days which was the 4th Apr
I called twice on the 5th A and every person I spoke to gave me a different story

1. Yesterday when I called the lady I spoke to says - Oh they gona "CC" me in the email that they gona send to check how long it will take - still have not received that email
2. First person I called today said no I must call 0861 111 011 - They will send it immediately - he didn' t bother to even check what was happening on the account
3. Second person - The call was cut while giving my email address. The agent didn't bother to call me back, and she already had my details in front of her. She could have called me back on my cellphone
4. Third person now tell me No it is in fact 6 days to get a paid up letter. Might take longer but nobody can tell me how long this will take; It is now 6 days since I made the payments
