I was away for 3 months and while abroad paid money into my account because I didn't want it to be in the red. I called the customer services centre to find out what was happening on my account and was informed that my account is in credit. I asked what happens now and was informed that I needed to go to a store for a refund. I went to my closest Edgars store and after waiting 15 minutes was informed that I needed to contact customer services again because they should do a reversal but also that no call had been logged. I then called again only to be informed that I needed to send an email with my banking details and id and told the reversal should take 48hrs from the time they receive the email. The same day I got a read receipt from the one email and two days later a read receipt from the other. Two days after the last read receipt I called customer services again to find out hat wad happening only to be told yet again that no call was logged. When I finally got through to the person that was supposed to do the reversal, he passed the buck and said someone else would call me. Later that day he sent me an email to say the same. To date, nothing. Edgars getting interest on my money
