I was happy to open my account wit the store but little did I know that my joy will be short lived. Since like most of the South Africans, I don't stay with my family (I'm in Cape Town and they are in the Free State) including my kids. I only see them once a year if I do see them at all but they are the reason I opened my Jet account. My problem is that I want to open an additional account for my mom (who is in the Free State while I'm in Cape Town) for her to be able to buy for my kids. But I'm being told flat out that it is "impossible!!! " even before I can explain my story further. Which I understand that it might have been some protocol that was set up 2000BC but my case is different. We are very seldom together. I am at a point where I feel that I will have to close the account then because I find myself overspending on this account if I have to buy and then courier the stuff over to her. I have done everything that I was told to do in order for me to get her the card but unable to find help.
