"Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with 6 months interest free account"
is the response i get when enquiring why i cant have a 6 month interest free account. no further explanation.
it seems no one is keen on assisting a new client. i have hence wasted my time with this company and will have my account closed.
i needed an account and i was surprised that only once it was open i had no billing option all i had was a 12month account and no explanation from customer services, i also emailed to account team and the assistant said to me on email that "Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with 6 months interest free account"
this is unacceptable, i cannot speak to any body in store because no body can provide me with a reason neither via email? what do i do? all i want is an account with 6 month interest free atleast let me know why, with an interest rate of 21% with the 12 month acc its pointless im better off with a credit card.
