I opened an account at Mr Price for my kids earlier this year but was disapointed that I cant open an additional account for my mother (based in the Free State while I am it the Western Cape) who is their caretaker at the moment. Everytime enquire either in the store or at the call center I am told that we both have to be in the store at the sametime in order for me to open an additional card for her. The problem is that we very seldom see each other due to distance and that means that either one of us will have to travel all the way just to open an additional account or I will have to buy stuff and courier it over to her everytime which does not make any financial sense at all. I might as well close the account if that is the case.
