Hi Cape Union Mart,
I went into the store today at the mall to get a bag and was met by really friendly staff at the door, made my way in and was assisted by Michelle. I explained what kind of bag I was looking for. Got the bag and left. Returned later to get a jacket and a wallet and was assisted by Naireen, wow, she loves her job. It was 18:20 and most South Africans know around that time staff in stores are anxious to leave and thus and and told me the different types of jackets available, went to the back to look for my size, didnt find it, came back went back again to go do a more thorough search! She came back with it. I was impressed, still am.
Best service I have had from any retail outlet. Keep it up. Will be knocking at your doors soon.
