I am looking through the complaints on hellopeter; and for once I am dumbfounded. Maybe I have just been lucky, but for the past 18 months I have had nothing but good service, great products and proper feedback from you.
I have in the last 18 months ordered approximately 15 products through your website and I have received them all in good order, and living up to the expectations.
The only two areas of concern - 1) sometimes there is an unexplainable lag in delivery. This has caused me on two occasions to cancel orders; however this was done promptly, and I have never had any billing problems with regards to cancelled items. 2) my statement that I never received ggrrrrrr
The big area of concern is currently your furniture delivery. As a Durbanite, unfortunately the next lot of stuff that I want to order from you is not accessible to me due to the fact that you only deliver furniture in Western Cape and Gauteng. How are the plans coming along to expand your delivery area for larger items. Other than that, keep up the good work... Hope I didn't jinx our good relationship by complimenting you guys on it.
