I ordered a dining room suite from Rochester 8 months ago. I paid a deposit of R5000.
Whoever makes the furniture for them kept getting the order specifications wrong. I ended up with the wrong colour furniture.
They have been promising endlesly to fix the problem. I have made calls, I have written emails until I finally emailed them telling them I'm cancelling the order due to non-delivery. They did not respond to the email. I went on to their website to cancel there. No response.
I escalated the issue to their director via their website. No response. After 8 months of non-delivery all I want is to cancell the order, get my refund and they must come fetch their wrong furniture from my house.
