EFT made with no ref. numbe

Hi, last week i paid YDE via EFT but did not add the account number as reference.

Payment should already reflect on Yde's side, i need to allocate an account number to this EFT payment immediately. i do still have the proof of payment.

YDE's account department to contact me as soon as possible. i have emailed and no response!!
