To whom this may concern
I placed an order on April the 27th 2013.
It is now May the 20th, nearly a full month later and still I have no received my delivery.
I paid very abruptly and was very eager to receive my items ordered.
I have never had to wait for nearly a month to receive any items I have ordered.
My previous orders have been great with no delays or problems.
After this incident I will hold back my recommendation for business.
Not impressed.
