A few weeks ago, I logged a query on the Edgars website, asking for someone to contact me regarding my Edgars personal loan wich is currently overdue. I advised that I would like to make a payment arrangment to start paying off this overdue amount.
I received an email advisng that the account was handed over to NSC Lawyers and I need to contact them on 011 498-9020. I tried contact them several times but I am unable to get through. I contacted the Edgars customer services and they advised they cannot assist me, I need to speak to the attorneys.
PLease, please please can someone assist me in this matter. If possible please forward me a settlement letter, with your banking details.
