Payments do not reflect

My name is Brenda Malindi

Socho finance department have been handling my account badly, ever since from february when they said I have an outstanding balance on my account of R4000 of which i paid and they said i must use a reference MAL017.

That reference never seems to be working because until today they call me saying i have not made any payments into their account, every month end i make a payment of R2 060 to their fnb account but still they say they do not receive my payment, now eI have to go to them and submit proof of payment everyt month and I am tired of this.

I cannot doing the same thing every month whereas they are too lazy to allocate my payment to my account
