Pathetic service

Since I sent an email to Customer Service on the 2nd Sep, Rehana responded on the 5th Sep and she did not even bother to ready my query preoperly cause she just responded to the last hallf of the query and till date I am still waiting for a response. Can some please respond to my query??? Poor service
