Changing delivery method

Kalahari just changed their deliver method without proper notification to their customers. Usually I get my orders sent to their reception at the Mweb offices but all of a sudden they don't do that anymore.

I even phoned their customer support line and the agent informed me that it will indeed be delivered to the reception. After two days I phoned again and now they've been informed that they no longer deliver customer orders to the reception

Now we need to drive all they way to Epping to collect our orders at their warehouse. If I'd know this I would have happily paid the courier to deliver it to my home.

Very poor service on your end!

I use Kalahari because of the cost savings I get from them... now there is no savings so I cannot justify waiting the extra day or so for your order I might as well buy at Musica or Look and Listen. You have just lost a customer.
