I purchased a gold chain & pendant from Stern in Blue Route on 27 January. I had it more than 6 months before I decided to wear it. When I put it on, it fell off, & when I checked the link which was supposed to be attached to the clasp had broken. I took it back to see if it could be repaired. They had to send it away, and called me a couple of days later to say it would cost? R 200.00 to repair. I was not prepared to pay that much for something I had not even worn. They promised to get it back and let me know when it was there. This did not happen & I called the store today, & spoke to the manager (Soraya). She had to check and called me back, to say it was there, and they could not repair it. END OF STORY. TFG has my money & I a useless broken chain.
