I purchased a a lot of items of which one was a mismatch in Sep/Oct 2013. I returned the mismatch item and Kalahari sent me an e-mail to action so they can transfer the refund in my bank account. I action-ed the e-mail instructions on their site which involved sending my banking details and their e-mail also stipulated that i would get a refund in 7 working days. 4 months later I'm still waiting in vain. I called their support center and they did not get back at me until today.
