Firstly, the staff at this branch is are very rude, always unfriendly and never willing to he'll, unacceptable Today the queues very long and only 3 cashiers working on both the floors. I went to the customer service to ask for the manager to adress the problem, the lady who helped me at fisrt, (very rude) answered me with " I don't know where the manager is, I think he is busy, but while you wait, you can join the line" I then said I want to see the manager, I will wait for him. She said I must deal with fact that every body is standing in the line. Just as I was going to put my stuff down to walk away I saw the manager. I explained the whole scenario and he said he will fix the problem. After another 30min in the line, there finally opend another cashier. That caschier was just as unfriendly. I feel it is unacceptable since I pay for a service and don't deserve to be treated this way. Very dissapointed!!!
