I went to the store on Friday (6th Sept) looking for a TrailTech shirt but they didn't have the size I was looking for. Andrea (I hope I am spelling it right) helped me out, taking my contact details and said she would get me one from another branch.
I thought it would take some time but she called me yesterday (10th) to let me know that it had arrived.
Great service! Even though it is her job it is still the small things that count and I really appreciate it.
