We bought the Floowiz mop replacement sponge at the end of October, as the sponge piece came apart from the pieces which connect the sponge head to the actual mop. We then put the replacement sponge head onto the mop and not 2 weeks later the entire sponge piece has detached from the plastic connectors to the mop again. This is disgraceful. This product is supposed to be of a higher quality as it bears the verimark name. I really dont see why I should keep having to buy the replacements when they simply detach from the connectors everytime.
