Cannot find my payment???

I really do not want to log a complaint against Takealot, I love them, but this has gone too far.

I ordered a Turtlebeach PX21 on the daily deals LAST WEEK for COD, got an email later on that day informing me that they do not have any stock left but they can replace it with the Turtlebeach Z2, I accepted this offer.

After they changed my order they requested that I make payment as they cannot activate COD on that order, I did this using Payfast. The payment went through and I asked the lady if she could please only schedule the delivery for this week.

Yesterday I got a Payment Reminder email asking that I pay the order?? Whole of yesterday tried sorting this, nada. Spoke to a lady over the phone and she said that she will let me know what is happening before cloing of business, nada.

When are you going to sort this out?? Am I even going to receive my headset this week?? What is going on, I send an email and only an hour or two receive response back?? WTH
