Illegal contract and I have to pay!

I signed a data contract with Vodacom a while back. I specifically stated that when the data is finished there should be no further charges. The lady at HiFi Corporation Centurion Vodacom Desk assured me that this would be the way my contract is drawn up. I recently discovered that every so often my account has been VERY high and only now after ending my voice contract did I pick this up. I quickly found my copy of the contract and noticed that the details of my contract were not filled in. Thus after I signed they filled in what they wanted and I have to suffer the consequences of being on uncapped contract instead of Top Up. I have lodged numerous complaints with Vodacom and they have not once contacted me. They have been my money illegally for months and do not want to respond and pay me back. The ridiculous rates they charge for out of bundle data is scary and has now resulted in me having no money for the month because they just deduct the amount from my account. This was after I phoned and pleaded with them to make a plan and help me with this matter. I am the only salary earner in our house and my wife has no work, we have no money to live because of Vodacom.
