The pay function does work on the website. So after you've spent a fair amount of time finalising your shopping basket, the website does not allow you to pay. Why did Woolworths change their website when the old one worked perfectly? Why did Woolworths not properly test the functionality of the website before going live? Woolworths is a large JSE retailer that supposedly prides itself on offering the highest level of customer service. A student studying website design would have done a better job. Makes you wonder what Woolworths are spendingtheir marketing and capex budget on. Epic fail Woolworths!
