PAYING BUT GET A CALL I AM HANDED OVER TO ATTORNEY

I know I had a problem paying but then entered into a debit order agreement with home choice and instalments have gone off. We all get into financial trouble but I agreed on a R500 instalment every month. Debit orders have been going off sucessfully as I have received sms and then the second sms to say thnk you but then today I get a phone call from Munnik Basson and Dagama attorneys saying the account ahs been handed over to them. When asking the lady why she said she does not know as she can see that I paid them last month and the Debit order went off on the 27th. So how can they hand me over to attorneys if I AM PAYING . I am crying as I am batteling and is paying what I can afford but then they do this. Instead of understanding a persons problem they put you in deeper s... t. I mean I could understand if I was making no payment now the lady at the attorneys is telling me I must make arrangements with her. No wonder the company that I work for has so many problems with Home Choice accounts we buy. Client are paying but yet they get handed over. I want this matter attended to today otherwise I will seek legal advice.
