Pathetic service from useless staff

I waited for 15 min in the line, only two people were assisting customers from a desk of 5! I asked a staff member walking past if there are only two people available she said she doesn't know, "it looks so". &walked away. I finally got to the a chair at the counter. I asked the enquiries desk for some purchasing history of mine form last week (helped by a short lady with very short hair) &She said the system was down . she made me wait 30 more minutes while she went to the back office doing heaven knows what. she returned saying the other lady is trying to find the info, &she started helping other people&left me sitting there. She then asked me to move aside so she can help someone else. I asked her how long it will take, & then suggested she call the MAC desk UPSTAIRS to find out individual prices instead using the system, to which she answered she doesn't have the number! I asked her to go get the number which isn't hard, &that took another 10 mins because "the lady is getting it for her as the numbers all changed". This job is not rocket science! I had to get up, go up 2floors myself to get prices from MAC. I remedied my situation MYSELF in 2 minutes! Your staff is PATHETIC!
